WIC PP 30 BK is a high-performance material that is suitable for use in the automotive and sports industries. It is made from a base polymer of polypropylene with 30% carbon fiber filler. The polymer has been designed with heat-age stabilization, making it resistant to high temperatures. The pre-drying conditions involve an air-circulating dryer set to 80°C for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content. For processing, the conditions are injection molding, with a melt temperature of 210–260°C and a mold temperature of 30–60°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA66 2020/116 GF20 IM is an impact-modified, recycled material containing polyamide 66 with 20% glass fibers. It is suitable for a variety of applications including oil pump parts, housing, automotive trim unpainted, cooling systems, filter systems, and transport systems. To ensure optimal results, pre-drying is recommended at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. When processing with injection molding, melt temperature should range between 280-300°C, and mold temperature should range between 80-120°C. This material is suitable for automotive, building and construction, and various other market segments.

ALTECH® ECO PA66 2020/116 GF20 IM

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 1000/620 UV is a UV-stabilized polycarbonate polymer suitable for injection molding, with a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C. Pre-drying conditions involve drying in a dry air (desiccant) dryer for 3-4 hours and an air-circulating dryer for 4-12 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.02%. It is important to follow the pre-drying instructions for optimal results.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A75I 2GP0050 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) polymer used in a variety of markets such as automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery, and furniture. It has good recovery, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. It is typically used for injection molded parts such as seals, sealing lips, handles, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorbers, protection caps, cable ducts, casters, plugs, fasteners &amp; connectors, and 2K components.

WIC PP 10 BKD is a polypropylene-based material with 10% carbon fiber filler and a deep black color. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature range of 210-260°C and a mold temperature range of 30-60°C. It has heat aging stabilization and is ideal for the Automotive and Sport markets. Additionally, under certain conditions, the increased thermal conductivity must be taken into account.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PBT 700/1 PTFE20 is a Polybutylene Terephthalate base polymer with 20% PTFE filler/additive system designed to improve sliding/wear and heat stability. It is commonly used in the automotive and machinery markets for functional components and can be processed through injection molding with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and mold temperature of 60-100°C. To ensure the best performance, it should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 100-120°C for 2-4 hours or in an air circulating dryer at 100-120°C for 4-8 hours, depending on moisture content.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A90I 2GP0050 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) that is used for injection molding. It has excellent recovery, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery, and furniture applications for injection molded parts such as seals, sealing lips, handles, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorber, protection caps, cable ducts, casters, plugs, fastener &amp; connector, and 2K components. It has good adhesion to polypropylene homopolymer, polypropylene copolymer, polyethylene, thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM), thermoplastic olefin elastomer, and thermoplastic elastomer general.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PS A 1000/240 FR is a high-impact modified polystyrene, suitable for various market segments and applications. It is flame retardant and can be processed in an injection molding machine with a melt temperature range of 180-280°C and a mold temperature range of 10-70°C.
