ALCOM® LD2 PC 1000 18033 WT2816-18

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LD2 PC 1000 18033 WT2816-18 is a polycarbonate base polymer that contains a release agent, special filler, and light scattering special features. It is used in lighting, automotive, and lighting-transparent components applications, such as housings, lamps, and operating elements. For injection molding, the recommended melt temperature is 270-310°C and mold temperature is 80-110°C. To ensure optimal results, it is essential to pre-dry the material in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours at 120°C and in an air circulating dryer for 4-12 hours at 120°C. The maximum moisture content should not exceed <0.02%.
