  • As a humectant, PolyCast® 3 is able to draw water from the environment leaving a soft and smooth feel, while preventing dryness to skin and hair. PolyCast® 3 offers emolliency properties conferring a soft texture, consistency and slip to formulations.
  • The high refractive index is of notable value in improving optical clarity of transparent formulations. The RI value of the water phase can be adjusted to match the oil phase yielding a clear emulsion.
