MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE ML1803 is a additive masterbatch containing effective substance in PE carrier resin. Acts as a dessicant. The active substance absorbs the moisture and binds it chemically. This chemical process is irreversible at temperatures normally applied in plastics processing. Developed for the absorption of moisture when extruded with recycling materials as well as for applications which are sensitive to moisture. Can be used during extrusion/molding of all kinds of plastics.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE STA1905 is a additive masterbatch containing a high purity short-term antistatic agent of vegetable origin in PE carrier resin. It migrates very fast to the surface of the plastic articles and offers almost instantaneous antistatic performance.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE AN2525H is a natural silica based additive masterbatch containing 50% of the effective substance in PE carrier resin. Acts as an antiblock agent. It does not affect the film transparency. Its high anti-blocking performance reduces the dosage of the masterbatch thereby offering economic advantage.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PP ML1890 is a additive masterbatch containing effective substance in PP carrier resin. Acts as a dessicant. Recommended for PP applications where high addition rates are required.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE SOA5245 is a additive masterbatch containing a blend of high purity oleamide and specialty high clarity anti-block additive in PE carrier resin where oleamide acts as slip agent. The high clarity is achieved by utilizing an anti-block additive having the same refractive index as polyolefin. The low oil absorption of anti-block additive results in a very low tendency of interaction with migrating additives. Can be used in the manufacturing of polyolefin films.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE LTA1205 is a additive masterbatch containing a high purity long-term antistatic agent of vegetable origin in PE carrier resin. It migrates slowly to the surface at a controlled rate to maintain long-lasting conductivity.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE SLA3136 is a PE based additive masterbatch containing a blend of high purity long-term and short-term antistatic agent both of vegetable origin. The combination offers excellent performance due to a synergistic effect between the two antistatic agents.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE AN2180 is a additive masterbatch containing 20% of a specialty high clarity antiblock additive in PE carrier resin. Offers high transparency, superior optical properties and excellent blocking performance. High clarity is achieved by utilizing an antiblock additive having the same refractive index as polyolefin. The low oil absorption of the additive results in a very low tendency of interaction with migrating additives.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE CE7777 is a multi-functional reactive polymer based additive masterbatch containing effective substance in PE carrier resin. Acts as a chain extender. Designed to reverse the degradation of PET, PC, PA and other condensation polymers. Can be used during processing in order to increase the melt strength of PET, PA and PC. Suitable for extrusion, thermoforming and injection molding applications.
