Matthews Paint 6410SP/01 Low VOC PreCleaner is a superior waterborne surface cleaner used for removing most contaminations including wax and grease, mold release agents and sanding dust. 410SP/01 can be used on a wide variety of substrates including; bare metal, plastics, primers, etc. 6410SP/01 has a VOC of 0.19 lbs/gal and is compliant with the most stringent VOC regulations nationwide.
