Manus-Bond 77AM

Manus-Bond 77AM Modified Polyurethane Sealant/Adhesive is based on silylated prepolymer. This "hybrid" system overcomes the limitations of typical polyurethanes without sacrificing performance. 77AM is solvent-free, non-isocyanate and is non-yellowing. 77AM offers superior primerless adhesion to a large variety of substrates and has excellent paintability. Exhibits low dirt pick-up, fast cure and is non-staining on porous surfaces. 77AM has excellent UV resistance and is highly durable in the harshest environments, including chemical resistance to jet fuels and road salts.

Surface Preparation

Apply to clean, dry surfaces free of contaminants that can adversely affect adhesion. Remove all old sealant before applying 77AM. Testing a small area for compatibility is recommended.

Painting

Cured product may be painted with most industrial & consumer paints. Testing prior to painting is recommended.
