Magni 554 is a chrome-free fastener duplex coating system that combines an inorganic zinc-rich basecoat with an organic aluminum-rich friction-modified topcoat. The inorganic basecoat system is developed for superior heat-resistant corrosion performance and consistent in-process material stability. The organic topcoat system can be adjusted to meet OEM friction requirements while providing outstanding adhesion, heated loosening performance and chemical resistance. Magni 554 can be applied via dip-spin or spray application methods with fewer processing steps, resulting in improved quality at a lower cost.

Magni 265 is a chrome-free duplex coating engineered for use on vehicle stampings and other structural components. Combining an inorganic zinc- rich basecoat with a high-performance organic topcoat, Magni 265 delivers exceptional corrosion protection on the interior and exterior of these structural components. Since it is applied after fabrication, Magni 265 provides excellent corrosion protection at the weld and heat-affect area. Unlike conventional e-coat, Magni 265 will provide extended field protection, often allowing for use of thinner-gage steel and lighter-weight components.

Magni 525 is a chrome-free duplex coating that combines an inorganic zinc-rich basecoat with an organic topcoat. Typically applied to externally threaded fasteners, stampings and other types of hardware, Magni 525 is engineered for use on parts exposed to high amounts of ultraviolet (UV) rays and other harsh outdoor elements. Magni 525’s two-coat system is applied via dip-spin or spray application methods and provides superior corrosion protection and cost-effectiveness.

Magni 594 is a chrome-free duplex fastener coating that combines an inorganic zinc-rich basecoat with an aluminum-rich, friction-modified topcoat. Engineered for use on fasteners, including nuts, bolts, screws and other hardware, Magni 594 offers fewer processing steps, resulting in improved quality and reduced costs. Magni 594 can be applied via dip-spin or spray application methods.

Engineered for use on fasteners, including nuts, bolts and other hardware, Magni 575 features a dark basecoat that provides sacrificial protection of steel and a black topcoat that creates a durable barrier.

Developed specifically to meet the highest corrosion and friction performance requirements, Magni 568’s three-layer system – two basecoats, one topcoat – provides consistent coverage and chemical protection. This coating’s low-cure temperature provides processing savings and allows coating to be applied on many parts and configurations that competitive offerings cannot coat due to excessively high cure temperatures.
