M.G. Polyblends Antistatic Masterbatchis developed by M.G. Polyblends Antistatic masterbatch based on a new generation, high activity Nitrogen-free antistat additive. It specifically effective in providing static electricity control in polyolefins. It's efficiency is measured by determining the surface resistivity of the plastic surface in which this masterbatch has been used.

M.G. Polyblends AM-01 are being widely used in both household and industrial applications. General commodity plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene are generally used in extrusion and injection molding applications such as toothbrushes, toilet seats, and kitchen chopping board, shower curtain, pen grips and many more.

M.G. Polyblends SI-05 has developed 50% concentrate of ultra high molecular weight polydimethyl siloxane in polypropylene carrier for use of automotive interiors, appliances and all other applications which are using PP, Talc-filed PP, TPO's, Talc-filed TPO's as the base polymer. This masterbatch is mainly used for low gloss appearance along with good scratch and abrasion resistance.

M.G. Polyblends HSC-T-384 is pioneer in developing heat shrinkable, heat curable molding compounds based on polyolefin material containing some specialty chemicals and mold release additives. Curing material (Peroxide particularly dicumyl peroxide) has not been included in this product (HSC-T-384) and hence it does not loses its processing as well as electrical properties during storage. That means it can be stored for any period of time. Users have to incorporate peroxide during sheeting of the material on a Two Roll Mill or mix in a mixer prior to use in Injection Molding. It offers excellent weathering and other electrical properties required in cable jointing applications. This compound offers antitracking properties in the molded product. Outstanding properties of this compound makes an excellent choice for the molding of heat shrinkable Rain Sheds, Cable Breakout Boots and End Caps.

M.G. Polyblends BK-1003 is used in extrusion, injection molded products based on polyolefins and polyamide polymers.
