It fights expression wrinkles by modulating muscle contraction in the pre-synaptic pathway and is specially addressed to topical formulations claiming to complement the injections of Botulinum Toxin Type A for enhanced anti-aging results. It addresses fundamental factors within muscle contraction in the pre-synaptic pathway to help attenuate expression wrinkles. As shown in vitro, it is able to inhibit neurotransmitter release at the pre-synaptic level, reducing the neuronal exocytosis and inhibiting muscle contraction.
