LRBG Chemicals USA S 313 is a melamine-fortified, internally catalyzed UF powder adhesive designed for tapeless splicing of veneers with straight-through and cross-feed splicing machines. It has the ability to control intermediate components at the manufacturing level. This adhesive is lightly pigmented, and its color can easily be adjusted to any desired tint.

LRBG Chemicals USA S 313

LRBG Chemicals USA UF MW51 is an unfilled, uncatalyzed resin suitable for applications requiring a low viscosity and highly reactive resin. This resin can be cured with catalysts or, in many cases, the acidity of the substrate is enough to cure the resin. Its low viscosity makes it suitable for use with a variety of fillers and extenders.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 304PCB is a pre-catalyzed melamine resin in powder form designed primarily for adhesive applications. It can be used as received, dissolved in water or combinations of water and alcohol, or as a fortifier for UF liquid resins.

LRBG Chemicals USA 203 M is a urea-formaldehyde splicing powder that is dried by atomization glue. It appears as a free-flowing white powder that forms a crust on the surface when exposed to humidity in the air. This product has a slight formaldehyde odor. It can be used in hot press or radio frequency curing for wood veneer splice adhesives.

LRBG Chemicals USA UF 253 is a catalyzed, non-filled urea resin powder suitable for various bonding applications with cellulosic substances. It is recommended as a binder for wood, particle board, chip board, and other materials where a clear glue line is desired.

LRBG Chemicals USA UF RW-25 is an unfilled, uncatalyzed adhesive and binding resin that is suitable for a variety of applications, such as wood, cellulosic substances, and foundry sand. It can be cured using only heat or with the addition of a catalyst, which will shorten the cycle time. Increasing the catalyst content will result in a cold-cure wood glue.

LRBG Chemicals USA Catalyst AD-5895 is a custom-designed catalyst used to help manage time. It appears as a tan to brown solid in powder form and is recommended for use as a catalyst for curing resin mixtures with MUF400 powder. This product is listed on the TSCA Inventory.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 836 is a fast-curing melamine resin powder designed specifically for impregnating overlay paper used in the manufacture of decorative laminates. It provides high gloss with improved transparency and is recommended for use at 50% solids for paper saturation. Additionally, it is a heavily plasticized melamine resin for overlay paper and decorative laminates that require some flexibility.

LRBG Chemicals USA MUF 400PC is a light tan, free-flowing melamine-urea resin powder designed as an adhesive for hot-press or high-frequency wood bonding systems. When used correctly, it provides a waterproof bond and meets the requirements of the ANSI/AITC A190.1-1992 Standard for Structural Glued Laminated Timber. This resin is ideal for high-frequency, high-strength gluing of truck flooring, rail decks, and other laminated wood structures due to its fast cure and low arcing. However, LRBG Chemicals USA MUF 400PC is not suitable for cold-cure applications.

LRBG Chemicals USA UF 313 is a melamine-fortified, internally catalyzed urea formaldehyde powder adhesive designed for the tapeless splicing of veneers with straight-through and cross-feed conventional as well as high-speed splicing machines. LRBG Chemicals USA UF 313 is formulated for applications requiring durability, light color and opacity, and moderate-to-high speed operation. It is characterized by a large operating window, allowing application of the adhesive one day and bonding up to two days later.

LRBG Chemicals USA S 440 is an internally catalyzed urea formaldehyde powder adhesive system designed for tapeless splicing of veneers on a wide range of machines. It has a fast curing speed and a long carry time after application when the ambient temperature is below 70 - 75°F.

LRBG Chemicals USA S 315 is an extremely versatile, internally catalyzed urea formaldehyde powder adhesive system designed for tapeless splicing of veneers on a wide variety of machines. Together with the retarder R-12, the adhesive can be tuned to bond virtually any species on machines with press times ranging from sub-seconds to minutes. LRBG Chemicals USA S 315 is one of the lightest-colored, opaque splicer adhesives on the market, allowing on-site color matching to any veneer.

LRBG Chemicals USA MUF 400-15 is a melamine urea formaldehyde resin spray-dried powder, appearing as a tan to white free-flowing powder. It forms a crust on the surface by absorbing moisture from the air. This powdered resin can be used in container wood flooring adhesive, wood adhesive, and compression molding of wood articles.
