LE-PRO

Temp Pro+™ is a whey protein hydrolysate modified to obtain unique functional properties. Leprino Foods’ patent pending technology makes Temp Pro + unique for protein fortification and stability.Temp Pro+™ may be used in food products as a rich source of whey proteins. Its unique functional properties are well suited to high heat and other applications where water binding (and thus gel formation, hardening, etc.) is not desired. It performs especially well in retorted, UHT, and aseptic beverages and in nutritional bars. Temp Pro + can successfully replace expensive caseinates and milk protein isolate in many applications including beverages up to 12% protein and beyond.

An Italian-style cheese, QLC is frozen at the peak of freshness to naturally lock in flavor and performance for guaranteed product consistency. QLC is ideal for foodservice operators and food manufacturers that demand the same high-quality taste, melt and stretch every time.

Temp Pro  is derived exclusively from only the best mozzarella, and is a USPH Grade A whey protein concentrate that is effective as a heat stable ingredient that retards recrystallization during frozen storage while also adding nutritional value. This protein is formulated to withstand the high temperatures of pasteurization and retort processes, and stays fluid and functional in chilled and frozen applications. Entire production is OU Kosher and EU approved. Temp Pro  suggested applications include ice cream, spray whipped cream, spray whipped toppings, and Ready-to-Drink (RTD) beverages.

EggRep Pro™ is a Grade A protein that is agglomerated for superior dispersion properties. It is effective as an emulsifier and foaming agent as well as for delivering the high protein nutritional value of eggs. It is effective in replacing frozen or powdered whole eggs and egg whites in many applications and has a long shelf life allowing for long-term storage and cost efficiencies during difficult egg market conditions. When used in baking applications, this product helps increase moistness and retain freshness. This product is OU Kosher and EU approved.

EGGREP PRO

Gel Pro™ is a USPH Grade A whey protein concentrate that is effective as a gelling agent in products that need to thicken during the heating process. Gel Pro™  can replace starches and increase the nutritional benefits by increasing the protein value of your product while lowering carbohydrates. This product is OU Kosher and EU approved.

GEL PRO

Our patented Bulk Ribbon cheese is made using a traditional pasta filata cheese-making technique. It’s then extruded into a patented ribbon shape to enable faster and more consistent cooling. The result? Increased product consistency and shred-ability vs. other bulk forms.

Leprino Foods Whey Protein Isolate has an excellent flavor and virtually free of fat and lactose. Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) is obtained through a cross-flow micro filtration process. Instantized for quick and easy dispersability in liquids.

Leprino Foods 80% Dry Basis Instantized WPC is a kosher approved USPH Grade A source of protein processed with lecithin for superior dispersion properties. This product is specifically processed to quickly dissolve in liquids. It is derived from high quality mozzarella, and low-temperature cross-flow ultra-filtration is used to concentrate the proteins.

LE-PRO™ LAC 451 is Leprino's most economical grade of 200 mesh lactose. The small particle size incorporates easily into chocolate confections to reduce sweetness by replacing sugar. It is a component of several food products such as spice blends and baking mixes. LE-PRO LAC 451 is used for flavor, color and consistency in many food items. The fine powder texture makes it ideal for many dry blended products. This product is Kosher approved.
