Lehigh’s PolyDyne™ MRPs have been designed specifically for the tire and rubber industry. PolyDyne™ has become a standard raw material for customers in these segments and an essential component of modern rubber compounding and to date, it has been used in the manufacture of more than 400 million tires worldwide.


Lehigh Technologies PolyDyne

Lehigh offers MicroDyne™ MRPs in a range of particle sizes – from 830 microns (20 mesh) to 50 microns (300 mesh) – to fit a wide array of applications. Currently, Lehigh’s customers have deployed MicroDyne™ MRPs in plastics, asphalt, construction, coatings and other applications as well. MicroDyne™ can be made from tire rubber material, natural rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber or EPDM rubber.

PolyDyne™ 80 is a free flowing powdered material that easily disperses in formulations and can provide significant cost savings without sacrificing performance. Its fine particle gives smooth surfaces on extruded rubber parts and may provide longer fatigue life in rubber parts used in a dynamic application than typical crumb rubber. Is considered a “green” material as it is made from end-of-life tires. A free flowing black powder produced from recycled rubber material as defined by ASTM D 5603-01 Grades 1, 2, 3, and 4.

PolyDyne™ 80

MicroDyne™ 105 is a free flowing powdered material that easily disperses in many substrates (e.g., plastic resins, adhesives, sealants, coatings) and can provide significant cost savings while providing the same or improved performance. Its fine particle size provides a smooth surface appearance on finished products and is a “green” material made from end-of-life tires. A free flowing black powder produced from recycled rubber material as defined by ASTM D 5603-01 Grades 1, 2, 3, and 4.

MicroDyne™ 75 is a free flowing powdered material that easily disperses in many substrates (e.g., plastic resins, adhesives, sealants, coatings) and can provide significant cost savings while providing the same or improved performance. Its fine particle size provides a smooth surface appearance on finished products and is a “green” material made from end-of-life tires. A free flowing black powder produced from recycled rubber material as defined by ASTM D 5603-01 Grades 1, 2, 3, and 4.
