Texamin® Rustic

Texamin® Rustic is a low-viscosity macroemulsion formulated with a high molecular weight silicone fluid, serving as a textile softener. It is versatile and suitable for use on all natural and synthetic fiber mixtures, as well as various woven or knit fabrics prepared by ring or open spun yarns. It imparts a super soft and smooth hand feel, resulting in a slippery effect. Additionally, it improves crease recovery, enhances sewability, and is compatible with resin finishing agents. Moreover, Texamin® Rustic exhibits color intensifying properties, enhancing the vibrancy of fabrics.

Applications
  • Pre-dilute with cold water on a ration between 1:2 to 1:4. You can adjust the pH with acetic acid before adding the diluted Texamin® Rustic to the application.
  • Complete foulard will then take place and the solution will be clear. Dry at 120 to 180°C (248 to 356°F) for 30 to 60.
