PRONATIV

Prolacta® is a soluble milk protein, dedicated to infant formula and baby food. The World Health Organization recommends exclusive breast feeding for the first 6 months of life and LACTALIS Ingredients fully supports this recommendation. For babies, breast milk is the best nutrition, the most adapted to infants’ needs. Consumers should speak to a health care professional before using infant formula instead of breast milk. It is directly extracted from skimmed milk, using a physical process with membrane technology. It is made by a specially trained team in a French factory dedicated to its production. No additives nor chemicals are used. Other than milk pasteurization, an initial step that has no impact on the quality of the protein native, Prolacta ® is produced at a low temperature. Thanks to this process, the protein is more intact and closer to the original raw milk form, which preserves its excellent biological value and amino acid profile. Thanks to this process, Prolacta® has a unique and constant composition, and the proteins fully maintain their nutritional and functional capacities.

LAKTODEM

Flowhey® sweet whey powders perfectly fit for sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk. Their heat stable properties prevent from jellifying risks during the production of sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk. Flowhey® heat stable sweet whey powder provides a consistent and homogeneous texture. Its non-maillardize property helps to keep a creamy color.

FLOWHEY® FOR SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK AND EVAPORATED MILK

Lactose can be used as a substrate for producing GOS, Lactulose, HMO or pharmaceutical lactose. Used as a raw material for polymerization or enzymatic reaction, lactose has to reach specific characteristics to ensure good production yields. For such uses, LACTALIS Ingredients offers a very high purity lactose with a low protein rate and an optimal minerals content.

Lactalis Ingredients LACTOSE FOR LACTOSE DERIVATIVES

LACTALIS Ingredients medium heat skimmed milk powder for chocolate has an optimized particle size and density to reduce fine particles. Thus the rheological control is improved during chocolate production, and the dust is reduced in the mixing area. This milk powder is lipase-free and has an optimum microbiology to give a pleasing taste of dairy to your chocolate and filling, and ensure shelf life stability.

Lactalis Ingredients SKIMMED MILK POWDER FOR CHOCOLATE

Lactose is considered a staple for all baby formulas of every stage, from infant to toddler, whether dry or wet mix processes. LACTALIS Ingredients can provide different types all dedicated to infant nutrition: B2 vitamin with a guaranteed content or B2-free lactose, with a bacteriological specific control plan to suit dry mix or wet mix processes.

Lactalis Ingredients LACTOSE FOR INFANT NUTRITION

With a mineral content of less than 0.1%, Laktodem® 90 is a demineralised whey powder that can easily be used in infant nutrition from first-age, follow on, and growing up milk. Its consistent amino acid and mineral profiles allow for an easier formulation optimisation.

LAKTODEM 90 FOR FIRST-AGE INFANT FORMULA

Flowhey® powders are an economical alternative to skimmed milk powder for chocolate applications as they are a source of lactose and work as bulking agents, which reduces costs for chocolate manufacturers. Flowhey® whey powders can be Kosher certified.

FLOWHEY® FOR CHOCOLATE

Our UHT skimmed milk powder is heat stable, which reduces the plant fouling rate and allows a longer production run. Its low spores count ensures the stability and bacteriological quality of your products throughout their lifetime. UHT dairy beverages made with our skimmed milk powder have a pleasant milky taste and no sedimentation.

Lactalis Ingredients SKIMMED MILK POWDER FOR RECOMBINED UHT MILK

In chocolate, lactose brings a soft taste and cohesive texture as it improves chocolate crystallization. Our lactose perfectly meets chocolate application requirements. Its mesh sizes range from 40 to 200, enabling a variety of uses. If required, our lactose can be Kosher certified.

PROLACTA® 80 FOR INFANT NUTRITION is used in infant milk formula, Prolacta® contributes to the healthy growth and development of babies and toddlers. Providing the right intake of amino acids is key to protein synthesis without overloading the organism. Thanks to scientific research on infant nutrition, infant formula composition has evolved, and infant formula protein content has been reduced. Prolacta®’s high content of alpha-lactalbumin and tryptophan permits a lower total protein content.
