Air Atomized Copper is copper and copper alloy powders produced by disintegration of a stream of liquid metal through an atomizing nozzle by compressed air. This gas atomization process produces a spherical particle shape for copper and depending on the other elements, a spherical or irregular shape for alloyed powders.

Alloyed Bronze powders are copper-tin-based materials, melted together and typically formulated to 90% copper and 10% tin. These powders are atomized in air/gas to produce spherically shaped particles.

Niobium Oxide is similar in properties to tantalum oxide. Used in capacitors and as an additive to optical lenses to adjust the refractive index, niobium oxide is also used in the manufacture of lithium niobate, a material used in optical waveguides and related applications.

Aluminum Brazing is aluminum alloyed with silicon and other elements produced via atomization using either inert gas or air. Inert gas atomization results in spherical aluminum alloy powders and air atomization in irregular shape particles. A Typical grade would be AlSi12 with or without minor elemental additions.

Copper Flake is a flake, or lamellar metal powder, produced by milling high purity copper powders. Particles are flattened into a flake-like shape by the impact of steel balls onto the powder. Flake powders are thin, have a high specific surface, and have low apparent density. The aspect ratio of copper flake powders can be as high as 100:1.
