SyaKarp® pigments are based on a natural mica substrate. Due to their multilayer coating technology, they display optimal color saturation and interference coloring in a small particle effect pigment. This interference product portfolio comes in two particle size distributions: 5 – 25 µm and 8 – 35 µm and is optimized for use in demanding application systems including exterior applications. These are classic pearlescent pigments of the highest level.

Kuncai Chameleon has eye-catching multicolor effects with amazing color travel. Dramatic color flops over different colors are the core competence of this product range. The Chameleon pigments are based on synthetic mica or calcium sodium borosilicate. By selecting the optimal substrate for each color flop, we can guarantee the greatest possible effect. A striking appearance for your final product is a certainty. The colors are strong and vibrant, particularly in low viewing angles, and transition through several colors as the viewing angle changes.

Kuncai Neomica represents the next generation of natural mica pearls. This product line sets the new standard for traditional effect pigments based on natural mica. Thanks to a special production treatment, the performance of the finished product has been greatly enhanced compared to standard natural mica pearls. The particle size has been improved to guarantee optimal hiding power and reflection properties. Neomica combines the optimum in diffuse scattering and directed reflection in one product line.

Kuncai WR is used for powder and plastic coatings and other application systems - trivalent-based weather stabilization.

Kuncai CosPearl is our standard product series based on natural mica with a wide color range for decorative cosmetics and personal care products. This series is suitable for use in natural cosmetics and gives final products the appearance of a traditional pearlescent pigment. CosPearl will add shimmer and shine to nearly every application as it is so easy to incorporate.

Kuncai Borostar is based on calcium sodium borosilicate, a highly transparent substrate that is ideal for achieving clean and brilliant colors. Due to unique refractive index properties, these pigments produce a high chroma and a sophisticated, multicolor sparkle. Variable particle sizes create a subtle shimmer or dynamic sparkle impressions and multicolor effects in a defined color area.

Kuncai XillaMaya appears to defeat the laws of physics. Kuncai has managed to combine a strong sparkle with high color intensity while maintaining a small particle size. A smart combination of different reflective metal oxide layers and the selection of a specific synthetic mica as base material ensure an intense glitter effect, extraordinary color saturation and excellent hiding power. Direct light illumination has a positive influence on the sparkle effect with the product line exhibiting a “3D like” sparkle under these conditions. The particle size of the product line falls in the 6 – 30 μm range, which makes the pigments easy to use in nearly every application system.

Kuncai Aurora are based on synthetic mica (fluorphlogopite). Kuncai has developed a proprietary and partially patented state-of-the-art manufacturing process for synthetic mica. This enables us to produce a constant quality of both substrate and pigments. Synthetic mica flakes are highly transparent, feel very smooth and have a regular surface. Characteristically, the powder of most of these pigments is pure white in color. All display a high brilliance and excellent chroma. Due to the high transparency of synthetic mica, Aurora fillers give you complete freedom to formulate matte or glossy and transparent finishes. There is no impact on color. A pleasant skin feel is guaranteed.

Kuncai Diamond is the most transparent and sparkling series in our product line. The pigments from this range endow the final product with intense diamond like reflections without altering the base color. Characterized by its calcium sodium borosilicate substrate, our Diamond series displays extraordinary sparkle effects in multicolored 3D reflections in selected color shades. The silver white pigments impress with the energetic sparkle of a starry sky combined with the gentle glitter of a rainbow. All the pigments of this range offer great design potential, both in color mixes and in combinations on colored substrates, even at low concentrations.

Kuncai Dinastar has high transparency, multicolor sparkle and color intensity. Based on calcium sodium borosilicate, Dinastar products have the ability to give the finished product sparkle and create an eye-catching highlight with a strong colorful impact. These highly reflective silver white and interference effect pigments are able to produce brilliant glitter and radiant shine even at low concentrations.

Kuncai Kyntaline offers strong color intensity and good hiding power on our optimized substrate: synthetic mica. Kyntaline combines the advantages of a neutral substrate with a multilayer coating technology for the oxide layers that exhibits and supports color purity, brightness and reflection power. If you want to draw attention to the premium positioning of your products, then Kyntaline is the ideal choice, regardless of application. This product line includes both silver white and interference pigments with a fine, medium to very coarse particle size distribution.

Kuncai Plovence exhibits optimum color saturation and interference effect at a small particle size on a synthetic mica substrate. With particle size distributions of 8 – 30 µm and 10 – 45 µm, this product line is optimized for use in demanding application systems. The synthetic mica substrate ensures enhanced transparency and greater color purity compared to SyaKarp®.

Kuncai Crystal – KC Pearls Synthetic is our standard product range based on our in-house produced synthetic mica. Compared to standard KC Pearls on natural mica, this range offers a higher level of transparency, more vivid and purer colors, but still offers a comparable, broad product line. Be inspired by bright colors with enhanced chroma.

Kuncai Setallic has strong pronounced reds, oranges and earth tones with vibrant sparkle. Our superior synthetic mica substrate (fluorphlogopite) with its advanced production technology and subsequent multilayer coatings characterize these sophisticated pigments. Defined coating layers of Fe2O3 give this product range outstanding color intensity, great saturation and a three-dimensional depth with good coverage. The relationship between sparkle, color intensity and particle size has been optimized to such a degree that these pigments are highly recommended for a wide range of high value applications.

Kuncai KC Pearls are our standard effect pigment range for interior and exterior applications. Based on natural mica, these pigments give products the classic pearlescent effect we know from nature. The color palette varies from silver white to interference, gold and metallic effects. Depending on the particle size, the effect achieved can range from a silky shimmer to a high sparkle. KC Pearls are perfect for giving products a high-quality appearance and a touch of exclusivity.
