"Winnie Bi is the founder of Kitchen Powerhouse Inc. She graduated with a B.S. Degree in Food Science from the University of California, Davis. She also has a Masters Degree in Food Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Over the years she has worked at numerous food companies in Research & Development, including many years for Unilever-Bestfoods. Winnie also worked in Quality Control departments and has a Better Process Control School License for the Canning Industry. After moving back to California, Winnie has been a consultant; helping small food companies develop food products, establishing Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points programs (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP) and overall Quality Control programs.

All her adult life, Winniers passion has been to create a unique line of sauces, marinades and seasoning blends. With the encouragement of her family and even her clients, she has established her own food company, Kitchen Powerhouse, Inc. in 2003. Led by their energetic founder, it is operated by a skilled team of experienced professionals who have earned a reputation for quality, competitive pricing and personalized customer service."
