Key Traffic Coating of KEY RESIN COMPANY formulates a variety of epoxy, polyaspartic, and polyurethane traffic coating systems specially designed to protect floors from various degrees of chemical attack and abrasion. KEY TRAFFIC COATING SYSTEM, typically installed at 40-65 mils thickness, provides a brighter environment with improved cleanability and wear resistance over concrete surfaces. Review the requirements of your facility with the product data to select the finish that best meets the needs of the application.

Key Resin Key Traffic Coating

KEY #783 is a 100% solids, semi-rigid epoxy novolac joint filler used to provide chemical resistant protection for saw-cut joints (contraction/control joints) in concrete slabs or to repair existing damaged joints. KEY #783 absorbs the impact and shock of heavy loads and steel wheeled traffic, preventing erosion of control joint edges.

Key #801 Acrylic Sealer is a clear acrylic solution formulated to create a clear, non-yellowing protective coating. KEY #801 provides a tough, UV and abrasion resistant film that protects surfaces from moisture penetration, staining, dirt, dust, and wear. KEY #801 is an excellent choice for both interior and exterior applications. KEY #801 is most commonly used as a sealer for KEY EPOXY TERRAZZO flooring system. It is also used for sealing old and new concrete floors, exterior ramps, decks, sidewalks, slate, and exposed aggregate surfaces.

Key Thin-Film Coating of KEY RESIN COMPANY formulates a variety of epoxy and polyurethane coatings specially designed to protect floors from various degrees of chemical attack and abrasion. KEY THIN-FILM SYSTEMS, typically installed at 6-15 mils thickness, provide a brighter environment with improved cleanability over concrete surfaces. Review the requirements of your facility with the product data to select the finish that best meets the needs of the application.

Key Resin Key Thin-Film Coating

KEY #730-FC is a 100% solids fast cure epoxy adhesive/filler with &lt;10 min. working time. KEY #730-FC is used to bond most materials including flooring materials, precast base, divider strip, marble/granite, ceramics, glass, cement board and drywall. KEY #730-FC is durable and impact resistant making it the ideal material for repair of concrete cracks, etc.

Key #803 Acrylic Sealer is a clear acrylic emulsion formulated to create a clear, non-yellowing, protective coating. KEY #803 provides a tough, UV and abrasion resistant film that protects surfaces from moisture penetration, staining, dirt, dust, wear, and provides a surface that is easy to clean and maintain. KEY #803 is an excellent choice for interior applications. KEY #803 is designed as an effective terrazzo sealer thereby replacing solvent-based acrylic sealers. KEY #803 can be used to seal concrete, masonry, brick, Saltillo tiles, or any cementitious substrate. While it is a clear-drying formulation, it will tend to impart a rich darkening, or “wet look” quality to many substrates, especially those of a dark or tinted nature.

KEY #815 is a polymer acrylic liquid specially formulated as a binder for KEY #815 POLYMERIC BLOCK FILLER and KEY POOL DECK SYSTEM. KEY #815 is easy to mix and apply, providing a pinhole-free filling for interior and exterior masonry surfaces. A “stiff mix” of KEY #815 POLYMERIC BLOCK FILLER can be used to patch holes and cracks. KEY #815 POLYMERIC BLOCK FILLER is suitable for use beneath all KEY RESIN WALL COATING SYSTEMS as a substitute for epoxy block filler.

Key High-Build Coating of KEY RESIN COMPANY formulates a variety of epoxy and polyurethane coatings specially designed to protect floors from various degrees of chemical attack and abrasion. HIGH-BUILD SYSTEMS, typically installed at 15-30 mils thickness, provide a brighter environment with improved cleanability and wear over concrete surfaces.

Key #805 Acrylic Sealer is a pigmented waterborne acrylic resin formulated to create a tough UV and abrasion resistant film that protects concrete surfaces from moisture penetration, staining, dirt, wear, and provides a surface that is easy to clean and maintain. KEY #805 is used as a sealer for KEY POOL DECK SYSTEM and for sealing old and new polymer concrete floors, exterior ramps, decks, patios and sidewalks. KEY #805 is an environmentally safe material with quick recoat and easy clean-up after installation.
