KEBOPLEX SP

• For intensifying and accelerating chemical cleaning processes with alkalis.
• Wets and penetrates coatings, emulsifies oily and greasy components (e.g. waxes, foam oil residues) and disperses fine dirt layers.
• Sugar degradation products and other organic ingredients (e.g. waxes from the cane, protein and other gel-like substances) are dissolved considerably better and faster in alkaline solutions.
• Is stable and effective even at high temperatures. It can be used at alkali concentrations up to approx. 30 °Bé (25 %).

• The KEBOPLEX SP is a specific formulation that has excellent cleaning power in alkaline solutions up to approx. 30 ° Bé (approx. 300 g/l NaOH) even when small quantities are added. 
• The washing-active substance in the KEBOPLEX SP wets and penetrates coverings, emulsifies oily and greasy components (e.g. wax, foam oil residue) and disperses fine layers of dirt. Additional dispersing agents prevent re-disposition and adhesion to heating surfaces.
• Surface and well water are generally not suitable for direct feed into cooling systems because they contain dissolved salts and undissolved solid particles which, when heated, can impair the functioning of the equipment by fouling the surfaces.
• The use of our products for water treatment prevent the formation of deposits throughout the system. For follow-up treatment of dry cleaning we recommend KEBOPEX.

The addition of KEBOPLEX SP results in the following advantages for chemical cleaning in the cane sugar industry: Sugar breakdown products and other organic ingredients (e.g. wax from the cane, protein and other gel-like substances) are dissolved much better and faster in alkaline solutions.
