KECO 100C is a ceramic coating system which provides durability and abrasion resistance with excellent release. This ceramic coating consists of a blend of Teflon® PTFE, FEP, and PFA along with ceramic fillers to make this premium coating. It is able to resist from cryogenic temperatures up to 500°F.

K-Kote+ is a coating featuring all the benefits of K-Kote, this coating contain Tungsten carbide to add further wear resistance. XL2000™ is designed as a unique internal and external ceramic coating system for the most intense heat shielding barrier, withstanding temperatures up to 2000°F. XL2000™ extreme temperature coating is engineered especially for turbos, high performance diesel and racing applications and is designed to be applied primarily to exhaust components. Its properties will remain color stable and stain resistant at exhaust gas temperatures up to 2000°F. Due to its unique ceramic nature, the coating also functions as a very effective thermal barrier, with reduced thermal radiation characteristics. The coating cures to a very hard, durable surface with excellent adhesion.

K-Kote is a urethane coating that provides excellent wear properties and noise abatement, this coating can be textured to provide additional grip for heavy or oily parts. It is an air cure coating and it does require a 72-hour full cure cycle after application. KECO 400BV Thermal Barrier coating is designed for both metal and non metal substrates. This coating will withstand extreme temperatures up to 1600°F without discoloring. KECO 400BV provides excellent protection against corrosive environments and thermal shock. This coating is meant to last and will maintain excellent adhesion even after several thermal cycles. KECO 400BV is VOC-exempt, and cures at room temperature.

KECO 800 is an electrically conductive coating system. KECO 800 provides end-users with a smooth, coated surface providing excellent release and toughness by delivering high levels of conductivity and eliminating static charge buildup. It is able to resist heat reaching up to 500°F and down to cryogenic temperatures.

KECO 400 is a metallic ceramic coating with performance characteristics of a dry film lubricant. This coating is formulated for thermal barrier applications. KECO 400 operates in high temperatures when Teflon® and other coatings fail. Heat resistant up to 1200°F, KECO 400 resists most aggressive organic and inorganic solvents.

KECO 500 is a resin-bonded lubricant coating designed for dry film lubrication for a variety of industrial, commercial, and military applications. It gives lubrication for components which are inaccessible after assembly and must function reliably with no maintenance. It is also excellent against chemical and corrosion resistance. KECO 500 also has an extremely long wear life. Offering solid film lubrication, it meets requirements for chemical resistance, anti-galling, and wear resistance of military specifications. Providing lifetime lubrication for components that are inaccessible after assembly, it functions reliably even after long periods with no maintenance. Effective performance is achieved even with thin films, 0.0003 inches (8 microns) thick, so there is little interference with operating tolerances. KECO 500 provides excellent salt spray resistance.
