Polyfil Inc’s PAC-0005FFLL-MW is an economical, fluoropolymer free processing aid concentrate for polyethylene extrusion that offers outstanding performance under a wide variety of extruder conditions. The non-blooming, thermally stable active ingredient can speedily coat internal die surfaces without build-up at moderate dosage levels. Benefits to PAC-0005FFLL-MW quality include reduction or elimination of melt fracture, die build-up, and gel formation. Improvements are seen in gloss, clarity, and physical properties of the film.
