Ecocell® is a patented technology that infuses microscopic air bubbles throughout the polymer during the conversion of that polymer into a finished item. Ecocell® contains a combination of additives in a pelletized polymer base that when heated above 393°F (200°C) releases a small quantity of carbon dioxide creating an air-pocket or foam cell in the polymer. The foam cell diameter is usually about 125 microns, and, depending on polymer type and process, sometimes smaller. At this size they are invisible to the naked eye. With Ecocell® it is possible to reduce the density, and thus, resin consumption, by up to 35% using conventional processing equipment and over 50% in processes specifically designed for foaming.

KAFRIT SAB 0C430 EVA functions as a slip and anti-blocking agent specifically designed for compatible films in the rubber industry. It's ideal for processing in banburys or kneaders. This formulation aligns with ethylene vinyl acetate (eva) polymers and resins, and the carrier includes polyethylenes (PE), resin-based, and ethylene vinyl acetate (eva).

CONSTAB SAB 06509 LD features a product composed of 5% highly purified erucamide slip additive and 5% synthetic silica. This formulation serves as both an anti-blocking agent and a slip agent, catering to the packaging sector, including food and beverage packaging and industrial and transport packaging.

KAFRIT SL 0A864 LD presents a hot slip masterbatch product that's tailored for low coefficient of friction (COF) properties at elevated temperatures. Carried by polyethylenes (PE) and resins, this slip agent product is beneficial for packaging applications, including food and beverage packaging and industrial and transport packaging.

CONSTAB SAB 06569 LD is a synergistic combination of additives that provides balanced antiblocking and fast slip properties when processing mlld-pe, plastomers, or pe-copolymers; avoids screw slip and blooming; and provides excellent printing and sealing properties in comparison to oleamide or erucamide.

KAFRIT SAB 0656A EVA is a slip antiblock combi-masterbatch that acts as an antistick in extruded, blown, and cast films. Prevents the sticking of films to hot surfaces and prevents the fusion of Eva shrink hoods. Suitable for films with high va-content.

KAFRIT SL 00T52 LD introduces a long-lasting slip agent that maintains good slip properties during storage in multilayered films. With high slip attributes, it serves the printing and packaging markets, particularly in packaging applications such as food and beverage packaging and industrial and transport packaging.
