Storage

Keep in a dry place and protect from moisture. A bituminous coating is recommended for the floor and walls of bulk stores. Metal surfaces should receive a corrosion resistant coating. Wooden walls and roof trusses are ideal. Magnesia-Kainit can also be stored in the open. The storage area should be as plain as possible and its surface has to be waterproof. The product should be thoroughly protected from soil moisture. In practice, it has proven to be efficient to cover the product with a plastic tarpaulin of at least 0,2 mm thickness held in place by means of old tires.
