EVALENE

Evalene® HB09521 is a high molecular weight, hexene copolymer resin designed specifically for medium size blow molded containers. The combination of various excellent properties enable this grade to meet a wide range of demanding applications that require very high Environmental Stress Crack Resistance (ESCR), superior drop impact resistance and good stacking performance.

Evalene® HB23551 delivers superior environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR), good top-load strength and good impact resistance that meet the very stringent requirements of household & industrial chemicals (HIC) packaging. Common applications for HIC packaging are motor oils, lubricants, automotive fluids as well as bleach.

Evalene® HB33531 provides excellent machine throughput while maintaining a good balance of ESCR performance, top load strength and impact strength which addresses the packaging needs of several industries from health care, personal care, cooking oil, beverage, condiments, to automobile (lubricants), household (bleach), and industrial chemical containers.

Evalene® HF09522 is ideal for stiff and strong films. Bags made of Evalene® HF09522 can carry heavy loads and exhibit good puncture resistance. Packaging made from Evalene® HF09522 has superior performance and good barrier resistance against moisture and oxygen. Downgauging using Evalene® HF09522 is highly recommended due to its superior mechanical properties. Optimum gage reduction is a real possibility.

Evalene® HF14522 is suitable for strong and stiff ultra thin films with good barrier properties against moisture and oxygen. Evalene® HF14522 is particularly well suited for short barrel extrusion lines. Evalene® HF14522 delivers downgauging potential that can reduce use of material and maximize throughput, bringing significant advantages to the converter. Evalene® HF14522 is a good core layer material for coextruded films.

Evalene® HJ04551 is a High Density Polyethylene grades exhibit superior balance of stiffness, impact strength and chemical resistance, making them ideal for a broad range of applications such as extrusion (blown film, pipe and monofilament) as well as injection, compression and blow molding of consumer, household and industrial products.

Evalene® HJ046011 has narrow molecular weight distribution and is specifically intended for use in injection molding applications requiring superior overall mechanical properties. It is designed to deliver an outstanding combination of long-term strength and durability. Evalene® HJ04601 is UV stabilized for excellent outdoor performance and weatherability resulting in wide end-use latitude.

Evalene® HJ04602 is a narrow molecular weight distribution resin intended to deliver robust performance for applications requiring toughness, balanced mechanical properties and good processability. Evalene® HJ04602 is designed to meet the rigorous processing requirements of high-speed injection and compression molding equipment, offering opportunities to achieve better economics without compromising performance.

Evalene®HJ08601 is a narrow molecular weight distribution grade intended for use in a broad spectrum of injection molding applications and designed to offer excellent impact strength, high stiffness and environmental stress crack resistance. This resin is UV stabilized for excellent outdoor performance and weatherability resulting in wide end-use possibilities. Evalene® HJ08601 is well suited for applications requiring high chemical and abrasive wear resistance.

Evalene® HJ20571 is a fully formulated resin with narrow molecular weight distribution and is specifically designed to meet the performance requirements of a broad range of injection molding applications requiring an excellent combination of good impact strength/stiffness balance, stress- crack resistance and ease of processing.

Evalene® HM10561 offers advantages in net, rope and filament applications through improved stretchability resulting in higher stretch ratios and improved tenacities. As a versatile grade, it is also used in select flexible packaging and injection-molded applications.

Evalene® HP06491 is a High Density Polyethylene grades exhibit superior balance of stiffness, impact strength and chemical resistance, making them ideal for a broad range of applications such as extrusion (blown film, pipe and monofilament) as well as injection, compression and blow molding of consumer, household and industrial products.

Evalene® HP10441 provides a cost-effective solution for various piping applications including potable water, sewer, industrial, agricultural, mining, landfill, electrical and telecommunications duct applications. Pipes made using Evalene® HP10441 are flexible, have excellent fatigue, impact and abrasion resistance. They are corrosion-resistant and ensure no scale deposits nor heavy metal contamination. Pipes made using Evalene® HP10441 will retain a hoop-strength of at least 8.0 MPa even after 50 years of use.

Evalene® LF10181 is the resin of choice for tough flexible films. It exhibits a good balance of tensile and impact strength which makes it ideal for a wide range of film and packaging applications.

Evalene® LF10182 is recommended as lamination or core layer material in a coextruded film where superior stiffness is required. Its outstanding mechanical properties make Evalene® LF10182 ideal for applications that require exceptional toughness and puncture resistance.
