JFoam™ BX-600-R is the R component of a two component polyurethane system, which when combined with the T component produces a high density polyurethane foam. The foam product satisfies all of the requirements of the fine furniture industry for applications in cabinetry doors, end-pieces, picture frames, plaques, etc. This system has been shown to give improved moisture resistance, low reject rate under humid conditions, high impact strength, fast mold wet-out, better flow, and fast demold.

JFoam™ BX-735 is a two component water-blown polyurethane foam system which can be used for structural core applications and specialized void filling. BX-735 passes all requirements of MIL-F-83671 Class1.

JFOAM™ BX-190-R is the resin component of a two part polyurethane system, which when combined with the T component, Isocyanate, will produce a water-blown rigid polyurethane foam system. BX-190 is used for void fill and core material applications and can meet some military specifications.

JFoam™ BX-300 is an all water blown, rigid polyurethane / polyisocyanurate foam system, which can be used for pour in place applications

JFoam™ BX-590-R is the resin component of a two part polyurethane system, which when combined with the T component, isocyanate, will produce a water blown rigid polyurethane foam system. BX-590 can be used in a variety of specialized medium density molding and void filling applications.

JFoam™ BX-273-8 is a two component rigid urethane system designed for use in radome fabrication, antenna filling, structural panels, and aircraft control sections.

JFoam™ BX-650 is a two component rigid polyurethane foam system designed for structural void filling applications. This system is well suited for RTM applications where high compressive and tensile strength properties are required during post curing of composite part. BX-650 has a recommended service temperature of 225°F.

JFoam™ BX-450 is a two component, water blown polyurethane modified polyisocyanurate foam designed for structural core applications. BX-450 exhibits excellent high temperature properties and can operate continuously at temperatures up to 350°F.

JFoam™ A-204 is used in radome fabrication, antenna filling, structural panels, and aircraft control sections. A-204 is not to be used where cross section is greater than three inches. A-204 has a small uniform cell structure and a low viscosity at pour point.

JFoam™ AC-555 is a two-component water blown polyurethane foam system, which can be used for large void filling applications. The foam produced from AC-555 has been shown to meet or exceed all criteria for MIL-P-24249.

JFoam™ A-206 is used in radome fabrication, antenna filling, structural panels, and aircraft control sections. A-206 is not to be used where cross section is greater than three inches. A-206 has a small uniform cell structure and a low viscosity at pour point

JFoam™ BH-610 is for use in potting electronic units, aircraft and missile control surfaces, insulation, and structural panels. BH-610 is designed primarily to operate in the 300-400°F temperature range and is not to be used where cross section is greater than three inches. BH-610 has a large and irregular cell structure and a viscous pour point.

JFoam™ A-216 is used in radome fabrication, antenna filling, structural panels, and aircraft control sections. A-216 is not to be used where cross section is greater than three inches. A-216 has a small uniform cell structure and a low viscosity at pour point.

JFoam™ BH-614 is for use in potting electronic units, aircraft and missile control surfaces, insulation, and structural panels. BH-614 is designed primarily to operate in the 300-400°F temperature range and is not to be used where cross section is greater than three inches. BH-614 has a medium and slightly irregular cell structure and viscous pour point.
