IsoBond HM 1110 is a one-component reactive hot melt adhesive ideal for bookbinding with low viscosity and high flexibility. Once cured; it provides strong; temperature resistant bonds. It is also useful for bonding many common plastics to wood for non-structural applications.

IsoBond® HM 1110

IsoBond HM N1105 is a one-component reactive hot melt adhesive that combines quick initial bond strength that continues to develop strength after application in the presence of atmospheric moisture. It reaches 50% of its final hardness within 10 minutes. IsoBond HM N1105 cures into a cross-linked inert structure providing exceptionally high adhesion on a wide variety of substrates while also maintaining superior resistance to extreme temperatures and chemicals. It provides structural bonds on wood products and has mechanical strength meeting or exceeding many commonly used plastics such as acrylic; ABS; and FRP.
IsoBond HM N1105 has an excellent initial bond; dramatically reducing downtime for a more efficient and productive manufacturing process. Ideal results are obtained when one of the surfaces adhered is permeable to humidity. Impermeable surfaces may require pre-misting to allow thorough curing of the adhesive. Plastics that may have mold release on the surface should be wiped with isopropyl alcohol and allowed to dry before application of IsoBond HM N1105. Once set; the material can only be removed by mechanical means and it should not be removed by burning.

IsoMelt™ HMPUR 5 is a long assembly time; moisture-curing; hot-melt polyurethane adhesive. The adhesive is solid at ambient temperatures. The adhesive is applied in the molten form and cures in the presence of moisture to form a tough; durable bond. The IsoMelt™ HMPUR 5 bonds to a wide variety of substrates; but at least one substrate must be gas permeable. Typical substrates include wood and wood products; most foams; primed metals; FRP; and other plastics with Dyne levels greater than 38 dynes. At 3-mil thickness; the adhesive transfers to the opposing substrate at least through five minutes of assembly time; prior to nipping.

Isopoxy 309 FS (Fast Set) is a high performance; two component; 89% volume solids; fast set epoxy primer. Designed as a high solids primer prior to Isotec topcoats; or as a basecoat/broadcast system basecoat. This product can also be mixed with sand to create a slurry or mortar for repairing concrete surfaces prior to an Isotec coating system. Isopoxy 309 FS has good low temperature cure capabilities down to as low as 45°F. This product should always be top coated with an aliphatic product when long term color stability is a requirement.
