INTERCOOL

INTERCOOL® TN-400 is an inhibited triethylene glycol formulation using chemically engineered inorganic inhibitors for corrosion protection in natural gas dehydrators. The chemistry employed in INTERCOOL® TN-400 will effectively and efficiently protect your gas dehydration equipment.

INTERCOOL® OP-100 is an industrially inhibited ethylene glycol fluid with an operating range of -60°F to 350°F. The higher maximum operating range allows for greater thermal stability under continuous heavy-duty operation. INTERCOOL® OP-100 is designed for heavy duty demanding applications that require a higher level of corrosion inhibitors and pH buffers.

INTERCOOL® AF-2001 antifoam is designed specifically to function for long periods of time at high pH. Recommended for use in systems that have foam due to contamination, ingestion of air or agitation. INTERCOOL® AF-2001 is recommended for short term use until the cause of the foaming is corrected.

INTERCOOL® Procool N Concentrate is an inhibited denatured ethyl alcohol based heat transfer fluid designed for use in geothermal well field systems.

INTERCOOL® NFP is an industrially inhibited propylene glycol fluid with an operating range of -60°F to 250°F. INTERCOOL® NFP is designed for use in standard HVAC chilled water / hot water mixed metal systems

INTERCOOL® P-323 is a heat transfer fluid formulated with USP grade propylene glycol and is intended for use in applications where the possibility of incidental food contact exists.

INTERCOOL® R-4891 inhibitors is designed to reestablish proper levels of corrosion inhibitors and pH buffers in an existing glycol fluid. Over time, the corrosion inhibitor and pH buffer levels of an inhibited glycol fluid will slowly become depleted. R-Series inhibitors will replenish the critical levels of corrosion inhibitors and pH buffers to ensure proper long-term corrosion protection.

INTERCOOL® R-1431 inhibitors are designed to reestablish proper levels of corrosion inhibitors and pH buffers in an existing glycol fluid. INTERCOOL® RPH-15 is a remediation inhibitor used to reduce the pH of glycol solutions. INTERCOOL® RPH-15 inhibitor contains phosphoric acid as the primary component.

INTERCOOL® R-2103 inhibitors is designed to reestablish proper levels of corrosion inhibitors and pH buffers in an existing glycol fluid. INTERCOOL® Geotherm is a heat transfer fluid formulated with propylene glycol for use in geothermal heat pump applications and is acceptable for use where the possibility of incidental food contact exists.

INTERCOOL® NFE industrially inhibited ethylene glycol fluid with an operating range of -60F to 250F. INTERCOOL® NFE is designed for use in standard HVAC chilled water / hot water mixed metal systems.

INTERCOOL® Procool P Ethanol Heat Transfer Fluid is an inhibited denatured ethyl alcohol based heat transfer fluid designed for use in geothermal well field systems.

INTERCOOL® Biogreen is a non-toxic bio-based inhibited propylene glycol heat transfer fluid produced from sugars derived from corn. INTERCOOL® Biogreen offers users a non-crude oil-based propylene glycol with improved thermo-physical properties verses traditional crude oil-based glycol. INTERCOOL® Biogreen utilizes a unique inhibitor package designed to provide excellent long term corrosion protection.

INTERCOOL® P-300 is an industrially inhibited propylene glycol fluid with an operating range of -60°F to 350°F. The higher maximum operating range allows for greater thermal stability under continuous heavy-duty operation. INTERCOOL® P-300 is designed for heavy duty demanding applications that require a higher level of corrosion inhibitors and pH buffers.

INTERCOOL® AA fluids are industrially inhibited ethylene glycol and propylene glycol-based fluid designed for use where significant amounts of aluminum is present. The AA fluids have an operating range of -60°F to 250°F. In applications where toxicity is a concern, propylene glycol, which has very low chronic toxicity, is preferred over the moderately acute oral toxicity of ethylene glycol. Examples would be applications where accidental contact with food or beverage products might occur or where contact with potable water is possible. In some areas propylene glycol use is mandated by law. Where an FDA approved fluid is required we can supply INTERCOOL® P-323 AA; an inhibited FDA approved propylene glycol, aluminum safe product.

INTERCOOL® PG FREEZE is a heat transfer fluid formulated with only virgin propylene glycol and is intended for use in applications where the possibility of incidental food contact exists.
