Integro Solutions LLC DrillTech DV is a high performing water soluble lubricant specifically formulated for use in fluid system applications where exposure to calcium or other multi-valent brines is expected. DrillTech DV exhibits an exceptionally high affinity to metal surfaces while preventing greasy buildup. DrillTech DV works by creating an incredibly thin film on metal surfaces to facilitate reduction in frictional forces. DrillTech DV reduces torque and minimizes problems tripping in and out of the hole while increasing ROP.

Integro Solutions LLC CalTech is a high performing water soluble lubricant specifically formulated for use in fluid system applications where exposure to calcium or other multi-valent brines is expected. CalTech exhibits an exceptionally high affinity to metal surfaces while preventing greasy buildup. CalTech works by creating an incredibly thin film on metal surfaces to facilitate reduction in frictional forces. CalTech reduces torque and minimizes problems tripping in and out of the hole while increasing ROP.

Integro Solutions LLC DrillTech is a biodegradable vegetable oil based lubricant with a uniquely high affinity for coating particles in the drilling fluid, well bore and metal surfaces. It is recommended for use whenever contact friction is anticipated. Recommended treatments include running 5-20 bbl sweeps or by addition of 2-3 percent by volume to the system.

Integro Solutions LLC CoilTech is a mixture of oil and water soluble lubricants specifically formulated for water solubility in coiled tubing operations. CoilTech exhibits an exceptionally high affinity to metal surfaces while preventing greasy buildup. CoilTech works by creating an incredibly thin film on metal surfaces to facilitate reduction in frictional forces. CoilTech reduces weight stacking in highly deviated wellbores, allowing the transfer of more weight to the bit. This reduces torque and minimizes problems tripping in and out of the hole while increasing the service life of coiled tubing.

Integro Solutions LLC Pipelech is specifically designed for HDD, coiled tubing and wireline operations for environmentally sensitive projects. It is designed to reduce torque and drag by decreasing metal to metal or metal to rock friction due to its exceptional affinity for coating surfaces. PipeTech’s lubircity will increase the effectiveness of drilling operations, ease of tripping, and extend the service life of HDD, coiled tubing and wireline components.
