Safety Prep™ replaces hazardous brake cleaning and surface preparation compounds that often contain chemicals like Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK), acetone, Xylene, Toluene, Trichloroethylene, or other highly volatile VOCs or ODCs. It is designed as a concentrated aqueous surface preparation compound that can be used to prepare surfaces of metals, plastics, fiberglass, and other surfaces for acceptance of paints or other coatings.

SAFETY PREP™ wipes or rinses clean of residue, and its use provides superior cleaning prior to adhesion. SAFETY PREP™ works well to remove a wide variety of ionic, nonionic, and particulate contaminants including: oils, greases, carbon deposits, cutting fluids, inks, fatty acids, dirt, and grime.

SAFETY PREP™ is designed to be diluted with water but can also be used straight for some applications. Dilution ratios vary upon usage application.
