MALTISWEET® M95 Maltitol Solution - 271121 is liquid product with exceptionally high maltitol assay, unlike typical maltitol syrups which contain a significant amount of longer chain polysaccharides. MALTISWEET® M95, if dried, would meet the FCC definition for maltitol. As such, MALTISWEET® M95 is a true maltitol solution - 90% as sweet as sucrose and 2.1 kcal/gram on a dry basis. Applications include bakery, confectionery, frozen dairy, food and nutritional bars.
