ULTRA-SPERSE® HV - 32566112 modified food starch is a high performance, cold water swelling starch derived from waxy maize. Well suited for instant food preparations where high viscosity and creamy mouthfeel are desired, ULTRA-SPERS E® HV exhibits excellent dispersibility and imparts superior sheen and clarity. This product is available under Ingredion Incorporated’s TRUETRACE® Identity Preserved Program for non-GM products.
