The Incozol® range has been widely adopted in 1K and 2K polyurethane coatings, as well as 1K pu sealants, where they operate as moisture scavengers, reactive diluents and latent curing agents. 

In addition, the company is a global partner in waterborne, low hazard technology, manufacturing a wide range of waterborne aliphatic polyurethane dispersions and an extensive range of waterborne epoxy curing agents. These materials, marketed under the Incorez® brand, are used extensively in high performance coatings across a broad spectrum of applications. 

The manufacturing facility is located in Preston, England where all production is carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 for quality assurance. The company also holds both BS OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 accreditations, which demonstrates an ongoing commitment to health & safety and environmental management.

When your application calls for a general purpose hardener at low temperatures, Amirez 148/024 exceeds all performance expectations, meeting every specification requirement with speed and a greater degree of technical excellence. This low viscosity, fast cure waterborne reactive polyamide adduct has all application angles covered, from floor and wall painting to hygiene coatings.

It creates floor coatings with unrivaled performance characteristics, such as excellent hardness, superb water and chemical resistance. It seals and protects to give high gloss and esthetically pleasing, durable floors.

Amirez 142 allows easy mixing with epoxys onsite. Using Amirez® 142 in your coating formulation helps create a coating that protects, and goes on protecting, for years and years. APEO and formaldehyde free, it promotes excellent chemical resistance. With features such as visible end of pot life, it’s easy to see why it’s the perfect solution for a wide variety of applications.

Bubbling. It’s a problem which pops up time and time again, particularly in areas subject to low temperature and high humidity levels. Fortunately, under these conditions, Aldirez A provides the ability to create primers that remain remarkably resilient and bubble-free. In addition to its exceptional ability to inhibit CO2 generation, formulators are able to accelerate the cure of PU primers, to improve turnaround efficiency, whilst retaining a workable pot life.

A bis-oxazolidine curing agent, which hydrolyses on exposure to moisture, yielding a reactive amine and hydroxyl functional cross-linking agent. Incozol 4 can be used in one component PU systems, where it is normally used with aliphatic prepolymers.

Incozol EH is a urethane bis-oxazolidine latent hardener for use in 1K polyurethane coatings. Used in conjunction with low NCO polyurethane prepolymers, this hardener accelerates the cure of the prepolymer through a moisture triggered mechanism to afford cross-linking benefits to the 1K urethane. In addition, it enhances properties such as through cure development and mechanical strength through the elimination of CO2 gassing in high build, high solids PU systems. Incozol EH confers tolerance to the repeated opening of containers and can be used as a versatile curing agent with 2 or 4 functional mix ratios.

Dispurez 103 is a flexible, toughened polyurethane dispersion that forms films with excellent optical clarity and good chemical and block resistance. Upon application, the water evaporates to yield a tough and flexible transparent film. Films derived from Dispurez® 103 exhibit good chemical, stain and hydrolysis resistance, making them particularly suited for automotive and waterproofing applications.

Incozol 2 acts as an effective moisture scavenger in polyurethane coatings. It is used to eliminate moisture from solvents, polyols and prepolymers and also from plasticisers and pigments. It removes residual moisture from the formulation and prevents bubbling and downglossing caused by high moisture levels either on the substrate or from the atmosphere. Incozol 2 is used in one or two component systems but is not generally recommended in one component systems with a low NCO content.
