Omnistab IN 520 is an effective liquid polymerization inhibitor or storage stabilizer for photosensitive resins and monomers. It retards the self-polymerization of UV-coating and ink formulations during storage.

Omnirad 184 is a highly efficient non-yellowing photoinitiator used to initiate the photo polymerization of chemically unsaturated prepolymers – e.g., acrylates – in combination with mono- or multifunctional vinyl monomers.

Esacure TZT is particularly indicated for the photo polymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required. The radical generation occurs via hydrogen abstraction by the action of a co-initiator such as tertiary amines.

Omnirad 819 is a versatile photoinitiator for radical polymerization of unsaturated resins upon UV light exposure. It is especially suitable for white pigmented Formulations, the curing of glass-fiber-reinforced polyester/styrene systems and for clear coats for outdoor use in combinations with light stabilizers. Thick section curing is also possible with this photoinitiator.

Esacure ONE is a difunctional alpha-hydroxy ketone photoinitiator. It is a highly reactive difunctional photoinitiator particularly suitable for clear systems. Due to its molecular structure it is particularly suitable for all systems where low VOC, low migration and low extraction values are needed (food packaging).

Esacure A 198 is a polyfunctional high molecular weight amine. It is co-initiator that when combined with type II photoinitiators gives high speed cure in both clear and pigmented systems. It develops a very low level of odor and yellowing during and after curing. Due to its molecular structure it is particularly suitable for all systems where low migration and low extraction values are needed (food packaging).

Omnilane OC 1005 cycloaliphatic epoxide is miscible with a wide range of organic solvents, including acetone, ethanol, and benzene. It’s low viscosity and good fluidity make it suitable for use in bulk manufacturing. The long term stability at ambient temperature is very good. It will react in the presence of acid anhydride curing agents at higher temperature. Omnilane OC 1005 when cured is suitable for use at high temperatures between 200 - 250°C for long periods.

Omnistab OB is a fluorescent whitening agent for plastic, paint, ink and photographic paper. It is efficient and stable at high temperatures.

Omnirad 500 is a highly effective liquid photoinitiator, used for UV-polymerisation of suitable resins. The low viscosity allows lower of the viscosity of the total formulation. Well suited for water-based formulation.
