Work Zone Premium Painter's Caulk (100% Acrylic)

Work Zone Premium Painter’s Caulk is a blend of flexible 100% acrylic polymers with special micro ground pigments to produce a smoother more professional finish. Contains rust and mildew inhibitors, plus extra titanium dioxide for a brilliant white.

Recommended for general purpose caulking jobs, or for filling cracks and joint prior to painting. Adheres well to a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces including: wood, masonry, concrete, brick, drywall, metal, glass, and more.

Do not use in butt joints or underwater. Do not use in areas subject to water immersion. Not recommended for application at temperatures of 5°C (40°F) or below. Cold weather, high humidity, and restricted air flow will all delay cure time. Before product application, user should determine suitability of Premium Painter’s Caulk for intended use.

• Joints: Maximum joint size recommended is 13mm (½”).
• Surface Preparation: Surface should be free of dirt, water, oil, or solvents; slight dampness may be present.
• Joint Backing: Backer rods should be used in joints over 9mm (3/8”). Bond breaker tape should be used in shallower joints to prevent three sided adhesion.
• Weather Considerations: Apply only when temperature is above 5°C (40°F). Do not apply to exterior surfaces if rain is expected within 24 hours.
• Cleanup: Use water and mild soap, if necessary, to clean tools and surfaces before Premium Painter’s Caulk cures.

• Colors available: white. Custom colors also available.
• Sizes: 300 ml cartridges, 18.9 liter pails, and 200 liter drums.
• Grade: gun grade, nonsagging.
