Apollo™ is a newer super high-alpha variety with a low cohumulone level that makes it an excellent bittering hop. Used toward the end of the boil it can contribute flavors and aromas of citrus, grapefruit, orange, pine, resin, and cannabis. Recommended for use in Pale Ales, Extra Pale Ales, and IPAs.

Barbe Rouge is a newer French hop with unique fruity characteristics. Barbe Rouge is known for exhibiting notes of orange, lime, red berries, and citrus fruits.

Belma® hops are wonderful dual-use hop and have an ambrosial mix of orange, melon, strawberry and pineapple with a slight hint of grapefruit.

Bravo’s high alpha content is largely attributable to its parent variety, Zeus. It’s bittering quality is considered smooth and in addition features light floral aromas and subtle flavors of orange and stone fruit making it highly desirable for use in many different ale styles.

Azacca hops are big in Alpha Acids with a bold punch of tropical fruits, citrus, and juicy mango. Azacca is a dual-purpose hop that is fantastic in single-hopped beers. Try whirlpooling with Azacca after flameout to enhance the juicy flavors and sweet aroma.

Ariana hops will appeal to brewers looking for very different characteristics from a hop, but one that results in a similar flavor profile. Depending upon the style of beer brewed and timing of the addition of the hops, brewers have noticed grapefruit, gooseberry, citrus and vanilla flavors.

Amarillo® hops are used worldwide where its ultra-high myrcene content creates a delicious orange citrus flavor. A varietal of Virgil Gamache Farms, Inc. Amarillo® is highly acidic, making it a perfect choice for ESB’s and Pale Ales.
