Honix Stevia Blend 1:8 is a zero-calorie product with a taste very similar to that of sugar. It is made from erythritol, a naturally occurring polyol, and steviol glycosides, a highly pure extract of the stevia plant. It can be used as a substitute for sugar in low-calorie diets, with one gram of the blend having the equivalent sweetness of eight grams of saccharose.
