Feed free choice to pre-weaning calves. For weaned calves, feed 1.0% to 2.0% of body weight daily plus hay or pasture. Introduce to mature cattle slowly to prevent digestive upsets. For mature horses, feed at the rate of 0.5 to 1.0 lbs per 100 lbs of body weight along with good quality forage. Feed as sole ration for lambs and young goats at the rate of 0.5 to 1.5 lbs per head per day.
