HexPly® M79/M79-LT is a hotmelt, thermosetting, low-exothermic epoxy resin matrix, specifically designed for prepreg applications at which short cure cycles below 100°C are required. M79/M79-LT can be used for manufacture of large industrial components, suitable for cure of thin and thick sections. M79/M79-LT exhibits a long out-life of 8 weeks at ambient conditions. M79 is supplied as moderate tack and M79-LT as low tack resin matrix.

F161 is a structural, heat resistant and electrical grade epoxy formulation designed for autoclave curing. F161 is a high temperature, laminate grade epoxy resin with a 350°F (177°C) cure. F161 is unique in that it was the first resin system to meet all types and classes of MIL-R-9300 B.

HexFlow® VRM37 is a 350°F curing, two-part, mid-toughened epoxy resin, specifically developed to meet the demanding requirements of structural aerospace resin transfer molding (RTM) and vacuum assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM) applications. This epoxy system supports service temperatures up to 250°F. HexFlow® VRM37 Part A is a light amber color; HexFlow® VRM37 Part B is a dark purple color.

HexPly® M21 is a high performance, very tough epoxy matrix for use in primary aerospace structures. It exhibits excellent damage tolerance, especially at high energy impacts. HexPly® M21 is a toughened epoxy resin system supplied with unidirectional or woven carbon or glass fibers. HexPly® M21 was developed as a controlled flow system to operate in environments up at 121°C (250°F).

HexForce™ AGP193-P has extensive in-house weaving capabilities for the manufacture of unidirectional and woven reinforcement fabrics in glass, carbon, aramid fibers and hybrids. The wide range of weave styles includes standard weaves, biaxials and multiaxials.

HexFlow® RTM6-2 resin is the bi-component version of HexFlow® RTM6 resin. Delivered as two different components, HexFlow® RTM6-2 resin provides several benefits over HexFlow® RTM6: air shipment is allowed, storage at 23± 3°C for 12 months, and bigger packages are possible (up to 378 kg). HexFlow® RTM6-2 resin is chemically the same as RTM6 resin and has the same high performance after mixing Part A and Part B. Their mixing ratio in weight is Part A : Part B (100 : 68.1). After mixing Part A and Part B, service temperatures from -60°C up to 120°C and cycle processing flexibility make HexFlow® RTM6 resin ideal for primary & secondary aerospace structures. Due to the low viscosity of HexFlow® RTM6 resin, there are long injection windows to facilitate large-parts manufacturing. Mixed HexFlow® RTM6-2 resin can be used with a wide range of HexForce®, HiTape® and HiMax™ reinforcements. If needed, binders are also available and fully compatible with HexFlow® RTM6-2 resin. They provide dimensional stability to the reinforcement and ease preforming processes. Mixed HexFlow® RTM6-2 resin, when combined with HiTape® & HiMax™ reinforcements, has comparable mechanical properties to the latest generation prepregs.

HexPly® M76 is a versatile curing toughened epoxy resin that can be cured from 275ºF (135ºC) to 350ºF (177ºC), depending on service temperature requirements. HexPly® M76 is formulated for lower temperature autoclave or press mold processing. The recommended lay-up procedure for HexPly® M76 is HSP-L4. The recommended cure procedures are HSP-C5 (275ºF) or HSP-C1 (350ºF).

HexPly® 8552 is a high performance tough epoxy matrix for use in primary aerospace structures. It exhibits good impact resistance and damage tolerance for a wide range of applications. HexPly® 8552 is an amine cured, toughened epoxy resin system supplied with unidirectional or woven carbon or glass fibers. HexPly® 8552 was developed as a controlled flow system to operate in environments up to 121ºC (250ºF).

HexPly® 954-2A is a 350ºF (177ºC) curing toughened cyanate resin with low moisture absorption, and excellent microcracking resistance. HexPly® 954-2A is formulated for autoclave or press molding. Recommended cure is two hours at 350ºF (177ºC). The recommended lay-up procedure is HSP-L3. The recommended cure procedure is HSP-C1 or HSP-C3. Typical applications for HexPly® 954-2A include primary and secondary aircraft structure, space structures, cryogenic tanks, or any application where impact resistance, light weight and excellent dielectric properties are required. HexPly® 945-2A can be impregnated via hot melt or solution techniques on all available fibers and fabrics.
