- HD-2001 DMM was designed for use in textile applications that require a soft hand coupled with very good strength, abrasion resistance, excellent adhesion, and excellent resiliency.
- Due to its overall properties, HD-2001 DMM can be used as a finish or a coating.
- This versatile urethane is ideally suited for use as a finish for nylon and polyester threads and as a coating for nylon and vinyl substrates.
- HD-2001 DMM is also ideally suited for textile-coating applications that require excellent low temperature flex crack resistance.
- The low melt temperature also allows HD-2001 DMM to be used as a heat seal coating.
- When properly formulated, HD-2001 DMM can be used as a coating for awning fabrics, boat cover fabrics, and other architectural fabrics
- Product Applications
- HD-2001 DMM may be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions.
- Viscosity modification can be made with associative thickeners for application by spray, knife-over-roll, or other methods.
