Flyaro - Litsea Cubeba Oil

Dragonsorb® 3039 is a liquid UV absorber with a stable morphology. It has good compatibility with all common plasticizers. This product is especially suitable for the stabilizers of PVC-P and PVC plastisol. It can also be used in polyurethane (PUR), polyester, polymethacrylate (PMMA), and other materials to improve the weatherability of the materials under UV conditions.

Dragonsorb® 3039

Flytac 120 - 90W is a granular, water-white, modified gum rosin polyols esters made from specially refined gum rosin using a series of advanced processes of partial hydrogenation, esterification, and stabilization. They are a new generation of natural tackifier resins that exhibit good aging resistance, and excellent compatibility. Also capable of raising the initial and persistent viscosity of pressure-sensitive adhesive in a simultaneous way, the excellent heat stability increases by less than 1 degree of Gardner Color within consecutive 8 hours at 180°C.

Dragonox® PDP is a liquid-type antioxidant with good color and heat stability. This product is widely used in polyvinyl chloride (PVC), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polyurethanes (PU), polycarbonates (PC), and coatings.

Flytac 103 - E is a slightly yellow, transparent solid made from gum rosin through esterification with glycerol. This product has a high viscosity, low VOC, excellent heat and aging stability, excellent polymer compatibility, etc.
Typical Uses

EVA, SBS, SIS, and other hot melt adhesives due to their stability and excellent polymer compatibility.
It can also be used in construction adhesives, rubber compounding, sealants, coatings, and other applications.

Flyaro Citral Natural

Flyadd® AY1 is a color stabilizer and anti-yellowing agent. It is used as a polymer additive for polyurethane and is a highly effective additive for many kinds of dispersed polymer systems. This product has the potential to improve color and heat stability in processing and end applications.

Dragonox® 1135 is an excellent antioxidant that may be used in a variety of polymers. Because of its low volatility and excellent compatibility, it is particularly well suited for use in forced air cooling processes for PU. This product is used in the stabilization of PV flexible slabstock foams to prevent the formation of peroxides in the polyol during storage and transport and to further protect against scorching during foaming. It also helps prevent fogging in automotive applications, and the low volatility of this product makes it a perfect fit where meat liquids, emulsions, suspensions, solutions, or melts are an integral part of polymer manufacturing and processing. This product has the convenience of a pumpable liquid that can be added before, during, or after polymerization.

Dragonox® 1315 is a low-viscosity liquid-type antioxidant. Due to its alkyl chain, this product has a broad compatibility range and is soluble in various substances. It is an excellent antioxidant for polymers (such as PVC, ABS, etc.), lubricating oil, and polyurethane foam.

Flyadd® 2-phenylamino-3-methyl-6-dibutylaminofluorane

Flyadd® OB is used for whitening thermoplastic plastics, PVC, PS, PE, PP, ABS, acetate fiber, paint, coating, printing ink, etc. It can be added at any stage during the polymer whitening process to give the finished products a bright bluish-white glaze.

Flyadd® OB

Flyadd® KCB functions as an optical brightener. This yellowish granule/crystal powder is used as a good whitening agent for plastic films, injection-molded materials, ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) foamed plastics, and rubber products. It is insoluble in water, but soluble in ordinary organic solvents.

Flyadd® KCB

Flyadd® 3 is an efficient nucleating agent for polyolefins. It is used in homopolymer and copolymer polypropylene and LLDPE films, as well as super high molecular weight polyethylene. The results show that the haze is decreased from 37% to about 10% by adding 0.3% Flyadd® 3 in a homopolymer polypropylene injection molded piece of 2mm thickness, and that of polypropylene random copolymer injection molded piece with the same thickness is decreased to about 6%. By adding 0.2% Flyadd® 3, the haze in LLDPE films can be decreased by not less than 87%. It can be employed in the form of a masterbatch, and in conjunction with white oil or other appropriate dispersant agents directly. The recommended processing temperature range of this product is 250 - 270°C.

Flyadd® OB-1 is an optical brightener that is used as a good whitening agent for polyester-cotton blend fabric or various kinds of plastics and their products under high temperatures. This product is insoluble in water, but soluble in high boiling point organic solvents such as phenyl-chloride.

Flyadd® 2 is a highly effective clarifier for PP homopolymers and random copolymers.

Flyadd® AY200 is a highly efficient liquid-type compounded anti-yellowing agent. It can increase the thermal resistance and anti-aging properties of EVA products. When compared with traditional additives, the absorption band of this product is wider, which makes it more effective in reducing UV damage to the products. This product can also improve the transparency and long-term stability of the film.

Flyadd® VA7 is a sulfur donor for natural and synthetic rubbers. This product can be used in EV and sime-EV type cure systems as a complete or partial replacement for sulfur, thiuram, and DTDM sulfur donors. It can be used with most typical rubber accelerators and sulfur and is especially good for curing rubber that contains chlorine, such as chlorobutyl and polychloroprene. When used as a partial replacement for sulfur, it tends to improve the dispersion of other additives in the rubber.
