WonderFill is commonly used as a filler or reinforcement to various resin (thermoset and thermoplastic) type product formats where it imparts its unique Z axis properties to the resulting composite structure. With it’s highly graphitized and high density format, it is quite suitable for high temperature processing without changing any of the useful properties it possesses. The range of particle sizes allows for a wide range of loading percentages up to 65% to meet specific engineering requirements. All WonderFill products retain their material product form during manufacturing, packaging and shipping so no excessive clumping or agglomeration occurs prior to customer’s processing. These materials have been used in multiple manufacturing techniques including injection molding, paper making, BMC/SMC processes, extrusion, rotational molding and many other diverse additive processes. Molded components have been machined by various processes very easily.
