GEMATILEN® FK60 is 60% Calcium carbonate filled PE. The product has been engineered specifically for film and bag manufacture. It can be blended with LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE at up to 50% depending on the application.

GEMATILEN® FK70 is 70% Calcium carbonate filled PE. The product has been engineered specifically for film and bag manufacture. It can be blended with LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE at up to 50% depending on the application.

GEMATILEN® FK75 is 75% Calcium carbonate filled PE. The product has been engineered specifically for film and bag manufacture. It can be blended with LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE at up to 50% depending on the application.

GEMATILEN® FK80 is 80% Calcium carbonate filled PE. The product has been engineered specifically for film and bag manufacture. It can be blended with LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE at up to 50% depending on the application.

GEMATILEN® BK60 HD is 60% Calcium carbonate filled PE. It is an off-the-shelf compound filler masterbatch. It is from 50% to 80% Calcium Carbonate (Chalk, CaCO3) filled LLDPE based compound. The product has been engineered specifically for FILM and bag manufacture. It can be blended with LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE at up to 50% or 40% depending on the application.
