GCH Technology 1176 effectively reduces oxidative degradation of most polymeric substances during processing and end-use applications. 1176 is an excellent stabilizer for polyolefins, impact modified styrenics, block co-polymers, elastomers, adhesives, PVC and polyurethanes.

GCH Technology 1124 is a metal deactivator that additionally acts as a hindered phenolic antioxidant.The presence of transition metal ions in plastics can lead to the introduction and accelerated production of degradation products. 1124 combines both an antioxidant and a metal deactivator for outstanding protection in a variety of polymers including polyolefins and elastomers used in applications such as wire and cable insulation. It provides excellent protection from the auto-oxidation process that can occur with the presence of trace metals in polymers from such things as catalyst residue. Its ideal melting range allows for ease of incorporation into many polymer systems without dispersion problems.

GCH Technology 5944 is an oligomeric HALS characterized by extremely low volatility, high thermal stability and excellent compatibility with many substrates. Its oligomeric structure make it particularly effective when use in thin section articles such as fiber and film. 5944 is suited for use in polypropylene, LDPE, HDPE, XPE, EVA and PP blends with elastomers.5944 is also effective as an antioxidant for long term thermal stability.

GCH Technology 1268 effectively reduces peroxide induced oxidative degradation substances during processing. The low volatility of 1268 allows temperatures required for processing thermoplastic polymers. 1268 is suitable for use in a multitude of polymers such as polyolefins, polycarbonate, ABS and polyesters.

GCH Technology 5326 is especially suited for polyolefins and cold cured polyesters.It has a wide range of indirect food appr in polyolefins. It has a low volatility at high temperatures and high resistance to thermal degradation and c therefore be used without significant loss or decomposition in the polyolefin compounding and molding processes. In the use for the UV protection of polyester resins, 5326 does not form colored complexes wit metallic salts used for the curing process of these resins.

GCH Technology TNPP is a suitable stabilizer for a myriad of elastomers such as SBR, NBR and SIS. It is highly effective in light colored solution and emulsion polymerized elastomers. TNPP is excellent in preventing gel formation polymerization, finishing, storage, and factory processing. It is also a very cost effective process stabilizer for a number of thermoplastic polymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene and ABS.

GCH Technology 1133 protects polyolefins from thermo-oxidative degradation during processing and in service. Because of its excellent dielectrical properties, it’s widely used in PE cable insulation and in PE and PP capacitor films. It’s also recommended for thermoplastic rubbers such as polyether and hydrogenated SBS/SIS.

GCH Technology 1110 is a high molecular weight hindered phenolic antioxidant that provides very low volatility and excellent resistance to extraction from polymer compounds.1110 is particularly effective against polymer degradation during long-term aging. It is also very effective as a process stabilizer. 1110 exhibits good resistance to discoloration at the high temperatures that are encountered in thermoplastic polymer processing.

GCH Technology 5770 as a stabilizer, is superior to classic products such as UVAs and nickel-containing stabilizers. 5770 is very suitable, alone or in combination with oligomeric HALS, for the UV stabilization of tapes and thick items such as car bumpers and garden furniture. 5770 is recommended for polymers such as polyolefins, PS, HIPS, ABS, SAN. It is also effective in polyurethanes, polyamides and polyacetals.

GCH Technology 5622 is used in light aging inhibition of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, metaformaldehyde, polyamine and polyester, also in ABS and engineering plastics.

GCH Technology DLTDP is a good auxiliary antioxidant and is widely used in polypropylene, polyethylene,polyv-inyl chloride, ABS, MBS rubber and lubricating oil. It can be used in combination with phenolic antioxidants to produce synergistic effect, and to prolong the life of the final products.

GCH Technology 1514 provides outstanding protection against high temperature degradation during processing and thermal stability for the lifetime of the article. It is a non-volatile and nondiscoloring antioxidant for use in polyolefin applications like polypropylene fiber.
