Galsoft SLG Plus is available in 200 liters HMHDPE carboys. Total of 80 carboys i.e. 16 MT can be shipped palletized or non-palletized in 20 ft. full container load. It is available in IBC (1 MT capacity). 18 IBC i.e. 18 MT can be shipped in 20 ft. full container load. 22.5 MT of Galsoft SLG Plus can also be supplied in ISO tanks.

Storage & Handling Information
  • Store the material in a clean, dry place at 25 - 50°C away from direct heat and sunlight.
  • Keep the containers tightly closed.
  • In original sealed containers, when stored as suggested, the shelf life of the product is at least two years.
  • Use entire product, once the carboy is opened.
  • Once IBC is opened, consume the product within a week.
  • When taken in ISO tanker, it is recommended that material be consumed within one month’s time, after unloading in storage tank.
  • Product solidifies, if stored at ≤ 9°C.
  • If it solidifies, it is recommended to increase the temperature of product maximum to 55°C by heating the jacketed ISO tanks with hot water or low pressure steam (< 2 kg/cm2  ).
  • If the product becomes frozen in IBC / HMHDPE carboys, then keep the same in hot room of 30 - 40°C (avoid direct heating).
  • Post melting to liquid, entire mass has to be made homogeneous before use.
  • During storage, stacking should be maximum 1+1 IBC / carboys (palletized / non - palletized).
