Galaxy CAPB DC is an amphoteric surfactant, zwitterionic in nature. It has excellent foaming capability and the foam formed is fine and stable. It is biodegradable. Galaxy CAPB DC also reduces the irritation potential of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate.

Galaxy CAPB DC is available in 235 liters HMHDPE carboys. Total of 80 carboys i.e. 18.8 MT can be shipped either palletized or non - palletized in 20 ft. full container load. It can also be supplied in 50 liters HMHDPE carboys. Total of 270 carboys palletized i.e. 13.5 MT or 360 carboys non - palletized i.e. 18 MT can be shipped in 20 ft. full container load. It can be supplied in IBC of 1 MT capacity. Total of 18 IBC i.e. 18 MT can be shipped in 20 ft. full container load. It can also be shipped in flexibags (with heating pads), corrosion resistant ISO container and tankers.

Spill should be contained / collected and disposed off as per the regulations. Avoid ingestion, contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin and clothing. In case of contact with eyes, seek adequate and timely medical attention, if necessary.

Galaxy CAPB DC is available in HMHDPE carboys of 235 Kg net wt. Total of 80 carboys i.e. 18.8 MT can be shipped either palletized or non - palletized in 20 ft. full container load. It can also be supplied in 50 litres HMHDPE carboys. Total of 270 carboys palletized i.e. 13.5 MT or 360 carboys non - palletized i.e. 18 MT can be shipped in 20 ft. full container load. It can be supplied in IBC of 1 MT capacity. Total of 18 IBC i.e. 18 MT can be shipped in 20 ft. full container load. 23 MT of Galaxy CAPB DC can also be supplied in flexi bags (with heating pads) (24 MT) and corrosion resistant ISO tank (24 MT). In India, it can be supplied in corrosion resistant jacketed SS tankers (20 MT)

- Storage & Handling Information
- Store the material in a clean, dry place preferably at 20 - 35°C, away from direct heat and sunlight.
- Keep the container tightly closed.
- Product may solidify, if stored at < - 5°C for longer time. If solidifies, it is recommended to heat the containers (ISO / jacketed tankers) with hot water (55 - 60°C) jacket or low pressure steam (< 2 kgs / cm2 ) to bring the temperature 30 - 40°C.
- In case of flexi bags, heat the flexi bags with heating pads for 4 - 8 hours with a steam of pressure 1 - 2 kg / cm2 .
- If the product becomes frozen in IBC / HMHDPE carboys, then keep the same in hot room of 50°C (avoid direct heating).
- In the original sealed condition, when stored as suggested, shelf life of the product is at least two years.
- Once the carboy is opened, ensure airtight closure after usage and use the product within a week.
- When taken in ISO container / tanker / flexibags, it is recommended that material be consumed within one month’s time, after unloading in storage tank.
- During storage, stacking should be maximum 1+1, for IBC and carboys (palletized / non - palletized).
