Galaxy ALS is an anionic surfactant. It has excellent foaming power and detergency property. It can be used with other anionic, non-ionic or amphoteric surfactants. However, due to its anionic character, it should not be used with cationic components like cationic surfactants, cationic dyes, etc. It shows very good viscosity response when used in combination with alkanolamides and amphoterics. Galaxy ALS should not be used in alkaline pH as it will give off ammonia odor.

- When taken in ISO container or tanker, it is recommended to transfer the material to sanitized SS storage tank with hot water jacket and also recommended that material be consumed within one month’s time, after unloading in storage tank.
- Keep the containers tightly closed.
- Once the carboy / IBC is opened, ensure airtight closure after usage and use the product within a week.
- Product solidifies, if stored at ≤ 5°C. If solidifies, it is recommended to heat the containers (ISO / jacketed tankers) with hot water (55 - 60°C) jacket to bring the temperature 30 - 40°C.
- If the product becomes frozen in IBC / HMHDPE carboys, then keep the same in hot room of 30 - 40°C. Avoid direct heating.
