Galaxy 780 is an anionic surfactant. It is water - soluble. It has excellent foaming power and detergency property. It is also a very good emulsifier. It is most effective under alkaline conditions (pH > 7.5). It can be used with other anionic, non-ionic or amphoteric surfactants. However, due to its anionic character, it should not be used with cationic components like cationic surfactants, cationic dyes, etc.

  • In shampoos as a surfactant and as a foaming agent
  • In bathing bars (syndet and combi-bars), body washes, liquid soaps, shower gels, etc. as a surfactant and as a foaming agent

Galaxy 780 is available in 210 liters HMHDPE carboys. Total of 80 carboys i.e. 16 MT (200 kg per carboy) can be shipped palletized or non - palletized in 20 ft. full container load. It is also available in 50 liters HMHDPE carboys. Total of 360 carboys i.e. 18 MT can be shipped palletized or non - palletized in 20 ft. full container load. It can be supplied in IBC of 1 MT capacity. Total of 18 IBC i.e. 18 MT can be shipped in a 20 ft. full container load. It can also be supplied in ISO tanks and jacketed tankers.

Storage & Handling Information
  • Store the material in a clean, dry place, preferably at 30 - 40°C, away from direct heat and sunlight.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and personal hygiene.
  • Keep the containers tightly closed.
  • In original sealed container, when stored as suggested, shelf life of the product is at least one year.
  • Once the carboy / IBC is opened ensure airtight closure after usage and use the product within a week.
  • When taken in ISO container or tanker, it is recommended to transfer the material to sanitized SS storage tank with hot water jacket and also recommended that material be consumed within one month’s time, after unloading in storage tank.
  • Product may solidify, if stored ≤ 15°C. If solidifies, it is recommended to heat the containers (ISO / jacketed tankers) with hot water (55 - 60°C) jacket to bring the temperature 30 - 40°C.
  • If the product is frozen in IBC / HMHDPE carboys, then keep the same in hot room of 50°C (avoid direct heating).
  • Before use, homogenize the product by mixing.
  • During storage, stacking should be maximum 1+1 IBC / carboys (palletized / non - palletized).
