FruitSmart, Inc. Cucumber Fiber

FruitSmart, Inc. Cucumber Fiber is prepared by drying wholesome cucumber pomace. The dried material is then mechanically sifted to eliminate impurities, milled, and further screened to establish a finished product. This fiber is made from fruit pomace (skin and pulp), making it 100% upcycled and all natural. It is rich in natural fruit anthocyanins, fibers, and other healthy fruit compounds. It is a great natural addition to nutrition bars, cereals, and other baking applications. This product is processed, packaged, and shipped in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and in compliance with the United States Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act of 1938, as amended.
