Lamitex® G-5 MF GC 21 glass/melamine laminated sheet is most frequently preferred for applications that require high mechanical strength, exceptional arc resistance and self extinguishing properties.

Lamitex® C PF CC 22 cotton/phenolic sheet is intended for use in mechanical applications requiring high impact strength. It has lower mechanical strength than materials with glass substrates, but has superior impact resistance when compared to paper based laminates.

Lamitex® G-10CR/G-10 EP GC 21 laminated sheet is a woven glass fabric composite impregnated with an epoxy resin. It is primarily used for mechanical, electrical and electronic applications where extremely high mechanical strengths are required at room and moderate temperatures. It is frequently specified for its excellent resistance to chemicals and retention of good electrical properties in dry and high humidity environments. G-10 is non-brominated and is not flame retardant and should not be confused with a similar glass epoxy grade FR-4, which is flame retardant.

Lamitex® LE PF CC 21 cotton/phenolic sheets are intended for use in electrical applications requiring good moisture resistance. It has lower mechanical strength than materials with glass substrates, but has superior impact resistance when compared to paper based laminates. LE possesses good dielectric properties and medium dielectric loss and can be machined to relatively close tolerances.

Lamitex® X PF CP 21 paper/phenolic laminated sheet is primarily intended for mechanical applications. It has high relative mechanical properties but low electrical characteristics when compared to XX and XXX type materials. Special precautions must be taken to prevent cracking if the material is to be tapped or machined parallel to the laminations. Grade X laminate is frequently specified for use as mounting blocks or panels, washers and spacers.

Lamitex® G-7 SI GC 21 glass/silicone laminated sheets are primarily used for mechanical, electrical and electronic applications where high mechanical strengths are required at temperatures up to 220°C. G-7 exhibits extremely good dielectric loss properties under dry conditions and good electrical properties under humid conditions.

Lamitex® G-3 PF GC 21 glass/phenolic laminated sheet is most frequently preferred for application that require high flexural and impact strengths and good electrical properties under low relative humidity conditions. . Lamitex G-3 meets or exceeds NEMA G-3, Mil-I-24768/18 specifications and meets UL 94-HB requirements.

Lamitex® XXX PF CP 24 sheet has excellent machining characteristics, low moisture absorption and excellent dimensional stability over large changes in temperature and humidity. Chemical resistance is good when exposed to organic solvents and oils. Grade XXX is frequently specified for use in switchgear, oil filled transformers and power distribution products, tooling stock and test panel applications.

Lamitex® G-11/G-10 EP GC 22 laminated sheet is a woven glass fabric composite impregnated with an epoxy resin. It is primarily used for mechanical, electrical and electronic applications where extremely high mechanical strengths are required at room and moderate temperatures. It is frequently specified for its excellent resistance to chemicals and retention of good electrical properties in dry and high humidity environments. Lamitex® XX PF CP 23 paper/phenolic laminated sheet and tubes offer high dielectric and very good mechanical strengths. Grade XX laminate and tubing are frequently specified for use in transformers, switchboards, mounting blocks, insulating panels, washers and spacers, and switchgear applications.

Lamitex® FR-4 EP GC 23 epoxy laminated sheet is reinforced with a woven glass fabric. It is primarily used for mechanical, electrical and electronic applications where extremely high mechanical strengths are required at room and moderate temperatures. Lamitex FR-4 meets or exceeds NEMA FR-4 and Mil-I-24768/27 specifications, has excellent resistance to chemicals and retains its' electrical properties in dry and high humidity environments.
