Finechem Technology FC6110 Nano-boron Rare Earth Gear Oil Complex Agent for Super-heavy Load Vehicles is synthesized from nano-boron rare earth multi-effect agent, Sulfur-phosphorus extreme pressure anti-wear agent, nano-boron ceramic friction modifier, phenol amine high-temperature antioxidant, metal deactivator and carboxylic ester compound antirust agent. It is a kind of S-P-N-B fourth generation of energy-saving, emission-reduction and super-heavy load gear oil complex agent. The largest shortcoming of the third generation of S-P gear oil complex agent is that the sulfur content must be increase if the sintering load is to be improved; the higher the value of PD is, the higher the amount of sulfur will be; the more the active sulfur is, the more serious the gear surface pitting will be; and the more concentrated the odor of the sulfur oxides is, the more serious the harm to the human health and the environment will be.

Storage & Handling

Attentions for Storage and Use

Packaging, marking, transportation, storage and acceptance of delivery are performed as per SH/T0164. 200Kg packaging with galvanized iron bucket shall be stored in dry and ventilated storehouse below 45°C; Blending temperature should not exceed 75°C. The product is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive. General chemical prevention measures shall be taken in feeding and using process to avoid contacting with skin. Once touching, wash out with soap water.
